Is Flex worthy of maliciousness status?

I'm thinking about tackling the GN investigation on this subject, if no one else already is of course. I see someone has already put some links in there. I'm of the opinion that Flex is a malicious/predatory rental program (and GN's investigation clearly shows that). Rental pricing is likely illegal, rental agreement puts as much responsibility on the consumer as possible, consistent false advertising, bait-and-switch tactics on the website to the point that even NZXT is uncertain about their own claims, "You're just confused" response tactics, outdated hardware when renting but supposedly the system is "up-to-date". I think that NZXT Flex needs to be declared at bare minimum a predatory rental program by CAT if not a malicious action by the company as the factual evidence GN provided is too severe to ignore. - Jack Andersen (talk) 17:18, 23 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
