The bullet point in the "Incidents" section claims that the opt-out form is not available within the EU, however I am able to view a (barely usable) form under this link http://pages.warnerbros.com/arbitration-opt-out-wb, which I found on the Steam store https://store.steampowered.com/eula/990080_eula_0. As I don't own the game, I am unable to verify that this version of the EULA is the same that is shown in the game but I have no reason to think otherwise.

I however see a totally different problem, which is that Warner Bros wants you to send them your full name, your email address, as well as your mailing address via an unencrypted connection.
