On March 21, 2024 Activision/Blizzard published an updated EULA and pushed a notification to users of Battle.net asking them to review the Blizzard End User License Agreement and Blizzard Entertainment Online Privacy Policy before they can use the Battle.net game client. The EULA updates include new requirements to agree to the EULA or the user will not be permitted to use Blizzard's services or games and is an example of a "EULA roofie."
