NZXT Flex is a rental service launched by NZXT for their gaming focused pre-built computers in 2024. [1] Customers can choose from three monthly plans based on their performance needs and budget. Each of the three Flex tiers also offer a "Prime" upgrade option that includes higher spec components for an additional monthly upcharge. NZXT also claims guaranteed PC upgrades every two years and full warranty.
