Article name change proposal

Calling it a data "theft" comes on quite strong, and is terminology I wouldn't be happy using unless it had been described as such by a judge in a relevant court ruling. Perhaps change to 'General Motors Data Collection and Sharing Controversy'? Or something with a similar tone.
