Pluralsight has posted a statement on its public-facing website regarding modern day slavery. Its statement, issued by its Chief Compliance Officer and effective 2024-02-01, makes reference to various statutory laws such as section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (the “AU Act”)
