It is "Service-as-a-Software-Substitute" (SaaSS). Should this term be preferred for consumer advocates, as it is for free software advocates? Or do we object to using this term and instead use 'Software-as-a-Service"? I do not use discord (hence my name "I Will Not Use Discord"), so I cannot discuss the issue there.")
